Every piece is made to order, which means each order is created just for you. Because of that, returns are handled a little differently from regular off the shelf products.
how returns work
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at buongiorno@balls.ro. Please note that return shipping is at your own expense.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, email us right away at buongiorno@balls.ro so we can make it right.
what can’t be returned
Custom or personalised items can’t be returned, since they are made to order. Sale items and gift cards are also non returnable.
If you’re not sure about a specific item, just reach out and we’ll tell you straight.
exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It can take a bit longer for your bank or card provider to process it on their side.
