Every order is printed on demand after you buy it, then finished and shipped with care. That means no mass production and no dead stock sitting around.

how your order gets to you

You order and payment is confirmed. Production starts right away.

Your piece is printed and finished by Printoteca, our Romanian print on demand partner. Each item is quality checked before it leaves production.

Once it’s ready, it’s handed over to a courier and sent to your address.

production time

Every balls. piece is made to order. Freshly made, because we don’t believe in factory vibes, for the merch or the meatballs.

That means there’s a short production window before shipping, usually a few business days depending on the item and order volume.

delivery

Courier delivery within Romania usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship within Romania only. International shipping is not available right now.

The moment your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Use it to follow the package through the courier.

returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
